Who do I contact if my package arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please email our customer support team at hello@mybinkiebear.com within 72 hours of receiving your product. Be sure to include a description of the issue along with clear photos of the damaged item. If it's determined to be a product fault, we’ll happily provide a replacement or refund.

The toy pouch is designed for small to medium-sized plush toys, fitting toys up to 40cm (16 inches) securely.

Yes, it’s machine washable but we recommend handwashing to maintain shape. If machine washing use a pin to open internal zipper and remove foam support before washing and replace once bag is dry.

Non-personalised backpacks are dispatched the next business day after your order is placed.
Backpacks with embroidery personalisation, please allow up to 5 business days for processing, plus shipping time.
Returns
Cuddle & Carry Backpacks can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving it. The product must be new, unused, and not personalised.
Personalised Cuddle & Carry Backpacks are not eligible for refund or exchange. Please check the spelling where the backpack is being personalised. Once the order has been placed we are unable to update the spelling. Please double check that spelling is correct at Checkout page, prior to payment.
While we cannot exchange or refund personalised products with a spelling mistake, we want to help where we can, so please don't hesitate to contact our team to discuss other options.
