Shipping policy

 

Shipping:

Orders are dispatched from our distribution centre in Adelaide using Australia Post. Our commitment to you is to ensure that all orders are processed within 48 hours from when the order is placed.  All orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Standard post Australian orders should arrive in 4 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch, note that some rural areas may take longer.

Express post Australian orders should arrive in 2 to 3 business days from the date of dispatch.

Standard orders to New Zealand are shipped via Australian Post and should arrive in 8 to 13 business days from the date of dispatch.

Express orders to the US and New Zealand are shipped via Express Post and should arrive in 4 to 6 business days from the date of dispatch.

Other international orders are shipped by express post. On average orders will arrive in 7-10 days but please allow up to 28 days.

Import Duties & Taxes: Overseas taxes, duties or tariffs may be payable by the customer, dependant on your country.  My Binkie Bear is not responsible for the payment of import duties and taxes.

Changes to customer address

If the shipping address needs to be updated after an order has been dispatched, the customer needs to contact the shipping agent/courier directly and provide their tracking number.

Lost or missing parcels

My Binkie Bear is not responsible for lost or misplaced orders. Customers need to contact the shipping agent/or courier directly.
