As the creator of My Binkie Bear, this award means the world to me. Starting this business was deeply personal, inspired by my own family experiences with mental health and parenting. The creation of My Binkie Bear was born out of a desire to help parents and children avoid the anxiety and stress that pacifier weaning presents. Seeing our efforts validated with this award brings immense pride and a renewed sense of purpose.

Balancing this business with my role as a mother of four teenagers, and my background in science and paediatric immunology, has been an incredible journey. Every step—from concept to product development—has been driven by my passion for making a difference. Winning this prestigious award is not only an affirmation of the hard work we have put in but also a reminder that this product is genuinely helping families navigate this critical developmental stage.
